Executive Director

Alan Penn brings more than five decades of leadership, community service, and nonprofit expertise to his role as Executive Director of the Medina County Community Foundation. A lifelong Medina County resident, Alan is known for his deep community involvement and proven ability to grow and strengthen organizations. His leadership experience includes successfully expanding the Ohio District Kiwanis Foundation’s assets and philanthropic impact, alongside decades of service in local government and community initiatives. As Executive Director, Alan is committed to building strong partnerships, growing resources, and advancing the Foundation’s mission to improve the quality of life across Medina County.
